A classic Shakespearean comedy featuring a complex weave of love stories. Set in a magical forest, the narrative follows four young Athenian lovers, a group of amateur actors, and a fairy kingdom led by King Oberon and Queen Titania. Love potions, mistaken identities, and mischievous fairies create a whirlwind of confusion and hilarity. The play explores themes of love, desire, and the thin line between reality and illusion. Despite the chaos, all ends well in this timeless tale, underlining the sentiment that 'the course of true love never did run smooth.'

Embark on a cosmic journey with the BSO and guest conductor Ryan Farris. A poignant musical set in 1930s Berlin amidst the rise of the Third Reich. The story focuses on the spirited performer Sally Bowles at the Kit Kat Klub and her relationship with the young American writer, Cliff Bradshaw. As they navigate love and life under the pulsating nightclub beats, they must also contend with the darkening political realities. A compelling exploration of love, loss, and decadence, "Cabaret" highlights the duality of hope and despair, set to unforgettable music. The iconic line, "Life is a cabaret, old chum," encapsulates its overarching theme.
